Sugar Gliders!!!!!!!!!

What is a Sugar Glider?

A sugar glider is a small nocturnal marsupial native to Australia and Indonesia. They are very friendly and love to be with. Actually i should say on you. They like to stay close to you and stay with you. They will crawl all around you and you will feel their love streaming right out their body to yours. Their fur is very smooth and they can only weigh about to 8 ounces. They are not that big and will literally only be about the size of your hand. They like to stay with other sugar gliders so they have company and they will never fight. They are quite expensive though. They are about $800 including all of it supplies and its cage. But even if they are very expensive, they make perfect pets!

Why would you want a Sugar Glider?

You would want a sugar glider for many reasons. They are cute, adorable, and just fun to play with. They will love you as much as you love them. Plus as expensive as they are it is worth it. They are not even a lot of work. Once you first get it, it will be a baby. Then once its eyes are open, it will be attracted to you and you will then be made a mother. Eating and drinking is also very important for them. They will not eat as much like any other animal does. If you are always home and have nothing to do, I recommend a sugar glider for you. They love to spend time with their owner's and so will you!

Ferrets

What is a Ferret?

Well if you're wondering what a ferret is you have come to the right place.the long definition for a ferret is a domesticated polecat that is typically brown. In my words it is an over sized rat. Ferrets are much related to sugar gliders. You have to keep them wherever you go. Plus they are very friendly. Like komodo dragons, you keep them on your shoulder. Plus they are not even that much work. If you had one, I bet you would love to keep it until it was time for it to go. Many people have these, but I haven't seen many kids hanging around with them. So if you are 8 years old and you are planning to buy a ferret, It is your loss.

Cons about Ferrets

First thing is first, ferrets smell very bad while they are in their cage. One time I was in Petco and I went by the place where the ferrets were and I saw two cute little one sleeping. But then when I took a breath, I felt like throwing up. It was a terrible smell. So if you're the person to love a disgusting smell, ferrets are for you!
Plus they have serious pooping problems. When I went by one of their cages I saw this whole pile of poop and felt like throwing up more. It was disgusting. As cute as those little face were, I would never regret not getting a ferret.

Hamsters

What is a Hamster?

Well a hamster is a very adorable and cute and adorable pet. They are not as friendly and as big as guinea pigs, but you could live with them. There are many different types of breed of hamsters. According to my research, dwarf hamsters are the most vicious. I know this because, I was went to the pet store one day and I asked if I could carry the hamster. He had told me no because they were too vicious to handle. Anyway, lets talk about the good side of hamster. If you have ever looked at a hamster straight in the eye, you would notice that it is adorable, small, soft, furry, and the best of all innocent.

What Hamster Should Mainly Eat?

Hamsters aren't like guinea pigs, so they won't be eating as much, pooping as much, and won't eat that much of a variety of foods. Your hamster should be given food twice a day and you should give them Timothy Hay. They love. It is their main diet and will eat it most of the time. Another thing to remember is that they should always have their water bottle filled or else they will start to squirm. Trust me, I have had terrible experiences. Another thing hamsters love to eat are pellets. Or like some other people like to call them nuggets. They will eat this once and a while and will finish it. But make sure you don't give them too much or else...

Bamboo Worms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is a Bamboo Worm

Well, the real definition of a Bamboo worm is... a common slender cylindrical reddish polychaete worm (Clymenella torquata) dwelling in tubes in the littoral zone along the New England coast. These unique creatures can also be found mostly in Thailand. Plus they are edible. People in Thailand often eat these creatures substantially. These insects feed on bamboo in their own pulp. The adult moth only lives for two months: July and August. Mating takes place at night in early August after which the female lays a cluster of about 80-130 eggs near the base of a bamboo shoot. That's right! 80 to 130 eggs. That is like saying your mom having 80 - 130 babies. Anyway, that means more delicious treats for us!

The Eating Side

Bamboo worms are very famous in Thailand. Many people eat these with curry and rice.
The thought of eating bamboo worms might make one squirm but in Thailand insects are considered a tasty and nutritious snack. Mostly these insects are made in feasts when something big has happened. In Thailand, people eat this with pork. These delicious bugs are very hard to find this species in the rainy season. One man must take at least three days to find it. Once the worms are found they are you should cook them, and they should sizzle each time they touch the oil.
